Is this the program for me?

This program is right for you if:
  • You are open to coaching from someone who may challenge your beliefs about what will help you get back to being a healthy person
  • You are willing, motivated, and ready to show up, do the work and get the results. Simply purchasing a course doesn't deliver the result, you have to show up and take radical responsibility (and I'll be here to support you and provide accountability)
  • You have the funds to spend directly on your health or a way to finance it
This program is NOT for you if:
  • You tend to jump from practitioner to practitioner or program to program and have trouble staying committed and seeing programs through
  • You refuse to look any deeper than dietary changes to better your overall health and wellbeing

Is the program hands-on or more theoretical learning?

This program is absolutely hands-on! We will have weekly live classes and each week you will have one or more homework assignments to actually implement these practices into your life at the same time that you're learning them.

Can I go at my own pace?

Ideally it would be great to be able to follow the pace of the group, however you will have lifetime access to all the replays, slides and resources so if you prefer to go at your own pace, you can do that as well.

Do I need to have any specific equipment or social media?

Nope! Just a computer, phone or tablet to be able to view the live classes or replays and access the resources within the course portal. I'm a fan of all things "low tech"!
